Monthly Help
Desk Packages
These packages are geared toward systems
where reliability is of utmost importance. Support packages will
allow you to obtain technical support in any of four ways. Telephone,
Email, Remote Control, or On-Site.
$200 - 4 Hour/2 Visits Subscription Package:
All pre-agreed upon tasks are performed monthly,
and we will be accessible to a max of 4 hours per month or 2 onsite
visits, whichever is less. Additional time at à la Carte
rate. See below.
$300 - 6 Hour/3 Visits Subscription Package:
Same as above, to a maximum of 6 hours per
month or 3 onsite visits, whichever is less.
$500 - 10 Hour/5 Visits Subscription Package:
Same as above, to a maximum of 10 hours per
month or 5 onsite visits, whichever is less.
New Technology/Roll-Out packages
These packages are more complex,
and are designed to fit your particular task. Examples of a New
Technology Packages include a system-wide installation of new printers,
deployment of new accounting software across several desktops, or
networking an office. The particulars of this type of package will
be agreed upon before any work is begun. At our discretion, a preliminary
analysis may be provided free of charge.

la Carte Service
This is the conventional pay-as-you-go
service with an hourly rate of $65 per hour. On
site fees may apply, depending on location. Plan Payment expected
prior to month service contract begins. Cost-Per-Email-Rate is a
maximum of 10 minutes of service time per email sent by us.

Our rates are competitive
but vary depending on your location and the problem.
Services are billed at $65 per hour,
no less than a 1 hour service call.
After the first hour, we bill in
half hour increments at $32.50.
This fee includes any time needed
to diagnose and fix the problem.
Rates after hours (after 7:00pm
– 7:00am) and on weekends are billed at time + 1/2 (97.50).
You are billed for the time the
technician is at your location, and not for travel time.
Holidays are double the normal hourly
rate: Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving, Easter.
